Our occupational therapists work with participants of all ages to enhance functional capacity and quality of life at home, school, or in the community. Using a holistic, participant-centred approach, sessions focus on developing skills that support day-to-day activities and personal goals.
These include fine and gross motor development, emotional regulation, executive functioning, transport skills, social skill development, and other goal-based outcomes tailored to individual needs.

Our team also offers Immediate Availability for specialised assessments to ensure personalised care and to support NDIS planning.
These include assistive technology prescriptions, workplace and sensory assessments, functional capacity assessments, home modification recommendations, and housing assessments that assist with Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Individual Living Options (ILO) funding applications.

Dave brings a diverse professional background and a genuine passion for people to his role as Service Delivery Manager at Therapy Care. Registered Nurse
Olina is a skilled Registered Nurse at Therapy Care with a Bachelor of Nursing from Western Sydney University. She brings extensive experience in community and surgical nursing, specialising in complex wound care, catheter care, and medication management. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and basic Mandarin, Olina connects with a diverse range of participants.
Inspired by her experience with a family member on the NDIS, Olina is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently. She values being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team at Therapy Care.
