Our Monthly Group Day Programs run each month, giving participants the opportunity to build skills over time through structured, engaging group activities.
With each session building on the last, participants can strengthen independence, emotional regulation and everyday confidence while working towards meaningful NDIS goals through real-world experiences.
By running monthly, our programs create consistency, routine and ongoing progress in areas such as communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, executive functioning, daily living skills and community participation.

Each day, participants meet at either our Blacktown or Penrith clinic bases before heading out for their Group Day Program adventure.
Most activities take place across Western Sydney, with opportunities to explore the broader Sydney region through fun, interest-based and goal-focused activities.
By encouraging positive relationships and active participation in the community, our Day Programs help support wellbeing, confidence and long-term independence.
Our clinics are conveniently located in the heart of Blacktown and Penrith, supporting NDIS participants and families across Western Sydney.
Our Blacktown clinic is located at:
Level 2/55 Campbell Street, Blacktown NSW 2148
